Mucio Delgado, M.D., M.S., is an associate professor of emergency medicine and epidemiology and director of the Penn Medicine Nudge Unit. The Nudge Unit is based in Penn Medicine's Center for Health Care Transformation and Innovation and seeks to develop, test, evaluate and scale strategies for increasing implementation of best practices for improving health and health care. Delgado's work leverages behavioral and data science and digital technologies with the goal of making the best thing to do the easy and attractive thing to do.
